The Adventurer basic training track consist of 7 interactive and informative classes designed to prepare new and returning directors and staff in creating an Adventurer program that will thrive in their community. We encourage all staff to participate in this educational experience.

During the Pathfinder track you will be able to learn how to start,manage, and organize a faith based program for young people, while allowing their faith to grow closer to God

The Leadership Enrichment track equips you to become a successful leader and mentor of the highest standards by cultivating your mental, physical, spiritual, and financial gifts.

The Teen Leadership Training (TLT) track serves to prepare our youth to become leaders in their groups, clubs, and churches. Through this program, they will develop communication, planning, listening, and most importantly a clearer connection between the ministry and its role in bringing the youth to a Christ-centered environment.

The 7 classes for the Young Adults Track will be the foundation to building a strong and effective ministry by increasing your knowledge and giving the individual the proper information and skills to assist in thier local churches and communities. Most importantly by participating in this track you will have personal spiritual growth to be able to approach others and speak about Christ.

The Master Guide Advanced Track is designed for leaders who have completed and graduated from the Basic Master Guide Curriculum. It is broken into six tracks including Finance, Leadership, Instructor, Community Service, First Aid and Wilderness Survival. For 2025, the focus is on enhancing Finance and Stewardship skills.

The worship track will focus on deepening the understanding and practice of worship, typically including sessions on leading worship music, incorporating scripture into worship, prayer practices, the theology of worship, and how to cultivate a genuine heart of worship, often led by experienced worship leaders and musicians, aiming to equip participants to lead more impactful worship experiences within their church communities.
